Conflict Resolution Training 

Workshops, Talks and Seminars for Professionals, Couples and Families 

In addition to our mediation practice, we offer workshops and seminars on a variety of conflict resolution topics. John, Donna, and Carolyn have presented at regional and national conferences, and for many governmental, religious, professional, and educational organizations. Audiences have included: the Montgomery County Commission for Women (CFW), Montgomery County Public Schools, the Mid-Atlantic Geriatric Care Managers Association, the National Security Agency, Jewish Social Services Agency, Association of Practicing Psychologists (APP), the National Association of Social Workers-Maryland chapter, Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD), and New Beginnings, to name just a few.

Workshop and seminar titles include: 

APPROACHES TO SEPARATION AND DIVORCE (for couples or spouses; an overview of mediation and other more traditional divorce methods) 

(for couples/spouses, an overview of how mediation can offer an effective and humane way to negotiate the difficulties of separation and divorce with a minimum of tension, conflict, and damage to a family’s emotions and finances)
