WELCOME to our website. We know that separation and divorce can be one of life’s most difficult experiences. Mediation offers an effective and humane way to facilitate this transition. We hope you will find our website to be a helpful introduction to the process and benefits of mediation.
	JOHN SPIEGEL John has been a full-time divorce mediator serving Maryland and DC since 1996. He is an experienced family-law attorney and graduate of Yale Law School. John has been active as a mediation trainer and presenter in Maryland and nationally. He served in 2003 and 2004 as President of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution and in 2005 – 2008 as President of the Montgomery County Divorce Roundtable.
	DONNA DUQUETTE Donna is a divorce mediator and conflict resolution teacher with a passion for helping people understand each other. She is a Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution certified mediator with experience in family and community mediation. A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Donna is licensed as an attorney in Maryland and in the District of Columbia.
	CAROLYN FINNEY Carolyn is Mediation Project Manager for our office. She received her mediation training from the Harvard Program on Negotiation and from the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution, where she specialized in environmental and community mediation. Carolyn is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and Duke University.
