600 Jefferson Plaza is the five-story glass building with the big eagle sculpture located at the corner of Route 355 and Route 28 in Rockville Town Center. It is two blocks south of the Rockville Metrorail Station and near the courthouse. The office is easily accessible from either Interstate 270 or Route 355.

Parking: Free visitor parking is available within the building. The parking garage is located at the corner of the building on Jefferson Plaza near Fleet Street. Enter the parking garage and turn left up the ramp toward visitor parking. If visitor parking on the main level is full, proceed to the lower level where spaces are always available. Push the blue button at the gate and park in a designated visitor parking spot. Take the elevator to the second floor for Suite 200. Visitors with high-clearance vehicles, such as pick-up trucks or full size vans should park on the lower level.

From Md. Route 355 (Rockville Pike): Take Route 355 to Rockville Town Center. Turn onto Richard Montgomery Drive toward Richard Montgomery High School. (If you’ve been driving northbound on Route 355, it’s a left turn onto Richard Montgomery Drive. If you’ve been driving southbound on Route 355, it’s a right turn onto Richard Montgomery Drive.) Go one block and turn right onto Fleet Street. Go one block and at the stop sign, turn right onto Jefferson Plaza. The building and parking garage is immediately to your right. Enter the parking garage and turn left toward visitor parking.

From Interstate 270: Exit I-270 at Exit 5, Falls Road toward Rockville Town Center. Falls Road becomes Maryland Avenue. Continue on Maryland Avenue for 0.6 mile and turn right onto Fleet Street, using the right-turn-only lane. Continue on Fleet Street for 3 blocks. At the stop sign, turn left onto Jefferson Plaza. The building and parking garage is immediately to your right. Enter the parking garage and turn left toward visitor parking.

From Baltimore: Take Interstate 95 or U.S. Route 29 to Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway). Take Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway) toward Bethesda. Take Interstate 270 north toward Frederick. Follow the directions above “From Interstate 270.”

By Metrorail:  Take the Red Line to the Rockville Station. Exit on the west side of the station, walk across the parking area to Md. Route 355 and cross Rt. 355 at the light. Once you reach the west side of Rt. 355, turn left and walk one block along the sidewalk to the intersection with Md. Rt. 28. Our building is directly across Rt. 28. Enter the lobby, and our suite (#200) will be the first door on the right in the lobby area.

Building Accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible from the street and from the lower levels of the parking garage. After entering the garage, continue straight instead of turning towards visitor parking. Push the blue button at the gate and park in a designated spot. Take the elevator to the second floor for Suite 200.
